Step by Step
Recommended Top-Up Routine
After your 3-week treatment, keep the attachments on for 6 months and top up once a month using the Week 2 syringe (16% CP). Prefer daytime whitening? Use the Week 3 syringe (6% HP) instead.
After 6 months, remove the attachments and whiten one night every 2 months, or as needed. The more regularly you maintain, the less you’ll need to top up.
Use Enlighten White toothpaste daily to keep your teeth bright and stain-free.
Storing Your Teeth Whitening Materials
To maintain the effectiveness and freshness of your whitening gels, always keep them refrigerated throughout your treatment. This also applies to any future top-up gels. If the gels have been left out of the fridge for under a week, there’s no need to panic—just pop them back in the fridge as soon as you can. When you’re on the move, be sure to use the provided ice pack and protective bubble envelope to keep the gels at a stable temperature.
