The staff at the clinic is super friendly, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Dr. Simin Soltani, who treated me, is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She knew exactly what to do with each of my teeth, a stark contrast to another clinic I visited last week where the dentist seemed uncertain.

Dr. Simin Soltani took the time to explain everything thoroughly, both during and after the treatment. She went into great detail about each issue with my gums(never compromising when it comes to the quality of care and attention to detail) and provided clear instructions on how to care for my teeth moving forward. I had the pleasure of having having my treatment at Surbiton Smile Centre by a very caring team of professional lead by Simin. I had severe periodontal issues and was rightly advised to have those issues resolved before considering and cosmetic treatment. Once the issues were treated at Harley Street, Simin took over and meticulously planned the restoration work through implants and caps. After nearly 6 months I could not be more pleased with the results and I can now smile with confidence and not having to hide my smile behind my hands.

As a 62 year old and having one of my front teeth protruding (despite having 2 veneers put on by a previous dentist), I felt very self conscious when I laughed or spoke as I felt everyone was looking at my mouth. I decided to ask Simin if there was something / anything that could be done but not sure if it would work on a person of my age, or if I had left it too long and it was no longer an option. As I only wanted treatment for my front teeth, Simin suggested Sure Smile treatment which is very much like Invisalign where you wear a clear aligner and change it every 2 weeks when your teeth begin to change position. I was very excited to hear that it was possible and, with Theo’s orthodontic expertise, after 18 months I have now finished the painless process and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I could see the process starting to work within a couple of weeks!

After many traumatic visits to the dentists as a young boy, I was put off from visiting any dentists for many many years, In the end I took the plunge to visit The Surbiton Smile Centre, because of a crumbling tooth. I was shaking like a leaf when I entered but all the people I meet there were very sympathetic, gentle and took all my personal fears into account. I was recommended to start Hygienist session as soon as possible, This was not any job for the them after 25 years of Neglect. Over time and in fact over several years I can now visit the Hygienist and Dentist with very little trepidation even though I have the Vorst gagging reflex. The Team and the Smile Centre always remember by personal issues and previous bad experiences and never fail to support me though any Treatment I need. From a medical point of view since starting regular visits I suffer from far fewer Colds , Coughs and Flu’s than I used to and I put this down to my Mouth Hygiene now being maintained to the best standard possible. I’ve had quite a few dental issues and have visited many dentists over the years. It’s been difficult to find a genuinely skilled and dedicated professional who truly cares about their work. However, Dr. Simin Soltani is exactly that—a highly competent and compassionate specialist.

Out of those, two sessions were with the hygienist Wendy Piercy, whose work was also excellent—I highly recommend her as well. I’ve been visiting the Surbiton Smile Centre for the past few years to have significant work done on some problematic teeth and to have teeth straightened. They have always given me a great service, been very friendly and polite and I would strongly recommend.

For many years I attended another Dental practice for yearly checkups & nothing much was found for them to do. However during this period as has been for all of my adult life my gums always bled when brushing my teeth. I thought this was normal & just accepted it.
At the last checkup with the other practice however they then washed their hands of my care & said I needed to use a specialist as I now had advanced gum disease, Periodontitis which they could not treat.

I’ve been going to Surbiton Smile ever since I decided to get straighten my teeth from Dr Theo Swanepoel several years ago. At the same time I decided to switch my regular dentist to Dr Soltani.

The whole team (Simi, Claudia, Fernanda, Wendy and Theo) has been wonderful and very accommodating of my nervousness.

Dr Soltani did an amazing job with some cosmetic work I needed, fitting a cap on my tooth which was badly done by an another dentist. This was no easy task. She is very detail orientated and made sure I was completely happy with the shape, size and colour match. I’m really pleased with how it has turned out and haven’t had any problems with it.
