Dr. Simin Soltani graduated from Karolinska institute in Stockholm, Sweden in 1994. After working as a dental surgeon for 6 years in several private clinics across London & Stockholm, she established the Surbiton Smile Centre ® in 2002 with the aim of provide the best quality dental care to each individual patient.
She devoted one year to studying Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry to gain further expertise in Cosmetic Dentistry. Shortly thereafter she completed a diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Institute in London, followed by a post-graduate Master program of Westphalia Wilhelm’s University of Muenster, Germany in 2010-2012, where she received her Master’s Degree in Oral Medicine in Implantology. The program is mainly focused on Implant Dentistry, surgical procedures such as bone grafting, bone augmentation, and sinus lift procedures.
Dr. Soltani is an advocate of Preventive Dentistry and believes minimal and aesthetically-aware dentistry is the best approach for her patients in the long term. She strives to make such level of quality in dental care affordable for everyone. She and her team members are committed to carrying out reliable, long-term, and predictable treatment for patients in all stages of life.
Dr. Soltani offers Dental Implant Treatment, High Aesthetic Veneers, Ceramic Crowns and Bridge work, Bone Grafting, Periodontal Surgery and Rehabilitation, Occlusal Reconstructions, and Full Mouth Reconstruction. Over the years, her expertise has helped many patients restore their smile to their natural beauty using the latest technology in dental care.

Dr. Ingo Voges graduated from the University of Dental & Oral Surgery, in Kiel, Germany in 1993. He received specialized training in full mouth rehabilitation and restoration at the University Hospital in Munster for two years.
To pursue his passion for dental implants and periodontology, he then took up a specialist position at the International Centre for Dental Implantology (IFZI) in Nuremberg, Germany, where he performed many specialized procedures in full-mouth restoration including dental implants, bone grafting and sinus lift.
During this time, he also pursued a postgraduate study in Oral Medicine and Implantology at the Westphalia Wilhelm’s University of Muenster (IMC). He gained a master’s degree, M. Sc. in Oral Medicine and Implantology.
Dr. Voges actively coaches and mentors’ other dentists internationally. He has a teaching position in implantology at the University of Munster and is involved in academic research in the same subject. Dr. Voges works with dental teams in several countries across Europe, particularly focusing on complex patient cases. He routinely works in hospitals and clinics in Hamburg, Helsinki and Switzerland. His focus is on treating patients with complicated dental problems by offering advanced dental treatments for gum disease, implants, bone grafts, sinus lift, and soft tissue grafts.

Dr Ingo Voges is one of the leading dental implant surgeons in Germany, Switzerland, and Finland. He offers the most advanced dental implant solutions from single tooth replacement to complete (full) mouth restorations, often known as The Dental Facelift.
Since 2018 he is the Medical Manager of the IFZI Nuremberg, Germany, offering postgraduate implant courses for national and international dentists.

Tony is one of the most qualified dental sedationists in the UK. His primary interest is in making the patient’s experience as comfortable as possible.
He is trained as a dentist in New Zealand and returned to UK in 1977. As this was in the days before specialists were so numerous and available he became a General Practitioner working on the NHS and privately.
He did everything from simple fillings to endodontic and advanced Minor Oral Surgery (apicectomies, surgical removal of wisdom teeth, implants, etc.). He found his interest in general anaesthesia and sedation that helped with patient management and acceptance of treatment plans.
He sold his practice in 2000 and returned to New Zealand for a while. When he came back to the UK he decided to follow his main interest in dentistry which is people. He did two postgraduate qualifications in Sedation and Pain Management, one in South Africa and one in London and have continued to work as a travelling seditionist ever since. Outside general and specialist dental practices he has also worked in community dentistry and a Secure Mental Establishment (Broadmoor).
With more than 28 years of experience and dedication to the field of Orthodontics, I strive to provide a pleasant patient journey combined with an excellent standard of care. I practice contemporary evidence-based orthodontics. The highlight of a working day is to see a patient with a great smile at the end of treatment, leading to my mission statement “a smile is a language everyone understands”.
I can use any kind of brace system available today, but my preference is in choosing between Win Lingual, Twin-wing or Self-ligating systems, Invisalign or in children, functional appliances.
I have 20 years of experience in providing NHS Orthodontic Services. I have worked in Specialist Orthodontic Practice since 2006, after limiting my field of practice to Orthodontics in 1998. I started using the Invisalign system in 2003 and have treated thousands of cases successfully. I attained a Masters Degree in Orthodontics in 2018, so you can be sure my knowledge is the most up to date, and combined with all the valuable years of experience, you are in safe hands.

Dr Shima is a Specialist Endodontist ( specialist in root canal treatment ) who graduated from the prestigious Eastman Dental Hospital. Following completion of her undergraduate dental studies at Karolinska Institute, Stockholm in 2002 she began her career in general dental practice. She moved to the UK in 2003 and worked in general practice for seven years and taught clinical dentistry (part time) to undergraduate students at King’s College Dental Institute during the latter part of those two years.
After a successful career as a general dental practitioner, Shima decided to pursue her passion for endodontics(root canal treatment).She was accepted into the three-year full time specialist programme in Endodontology at the Eastman Dental Institute, UCL.
During these three years, Shima treated referral based patients for complex non-surgical and surgical root canal treatment procedures. After the first two years, she obtained her Master in Clinical Dentistry (Endodontics), and after a further year, she completed her final and specialist year of training. After being successful in the MEndo examination at the Royal College of Surgeons, she gained entry into the GDC’s specialist list.
Shima is committed to post-graduate teaching and is involved as a guest lecturer in endodontics in the Department of Continuing Professional Development at the Eastman Dental Institute.
Shima’s experienced and enthusiasm for her specialty has given her particular skills in solving problems of diagnosis, treatment planning and management of teeth requiring root canal treatments.
Shima welcomes referrals for all forms of Endodontic treatment and has a particular interest in the management of complex cases requiring multidisciplinary approach and non-surgical root canal treatment.
Wendy Piercy qualified as a hygienist from the Eastman Dental hospital, London, in 1986. She is backed by more than 30 years experience, and has worked in various practices across London. She joined Surbiton Smile Centre ® in 2002.
Wendy is specialised in offering our patients preventive care. She provides professional cleaning, as well as advice on how to keep your teeth and gums healthy.
