We are aware of a dental practice in Surbiton that has been calling itself Surbiton Smiles. Please note that this dental practice is not affiliated or associated in any way with Surbiton Smile Centre. We are aware that there has been significant confusion amongst our patients as a result of this and we have therefore had no choice but to commence legal proceedings at the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court with claim number IP-2022-000042 to force them to change their name.
